Dates, nuts, rice, potatos, millett, grains, mostly stuff from trees and insects. Oldest meats are small fish and various poultry. Pretty much what we eat today except for sugars, heavily processed products like ice creams, chips, soda, etc. Most stuff today has additives like flavor enhancers and preservatives to add to shelf life, which are all chemicals.
