i honestly can't believe this is a question, and i can't believe the answer either. the real answer is ALL OF THEM. anorexia is a disease and suggesting to someone who is anorexic that they should just drink smoothies, is absurd. if you have anorexia, you need to seek help and get yourself better....and start eating. so my answer is...all of the recipes should be considered.
