Lets say you use to make 300 widgets a day...now you say or it is determined you can only make 200 widgets a day. Your employer can say okay, he can count the other widgets the other ee's make or box up the other widgets etc..after he makes his 200 for the day. So you can still work but it may be at a slightly different capacity or something.
