Heres my recipe to a simple tasty narchos.
Ingredients
- plain corn chips
- salsa (i like hot but mild will do)
- grated cheese
- capsicum (optional)
- red onion (optional)
- jalapenos (optional
- Put half the amount of corn chips that your using on a bowl or plate.
- put some salsa over them.
- sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
- add the rest of the corn chips
- more salsa
- more cheese
- cook capsicum and onion in a fry pan till onions are turning golden brown
- put capsicum onion on top
- put in microwave until cheese is all melted
- take out and finish with a few jalapenos

Take a banana and put it in a plastic container. Then, put it in the freezer and take it out the next day.
My grandmother use to freeze canned applesauce for me to have. It was sweet good to eat and nice on a hot day. Fresh fruit is always good or string cheese. I use to tell my 5th grade students if they wanted to bring a snack for the morning break to bring fruit or cheese ( had a fridge in my room) instead of the candy and chips they wanted to eat.
