What is a tocanita?

Tocanita or Tocanitza(because the English Language has no single letter for the sound "Tz", is basically a minced fried meat recipe ususlly made with pork and fried onions, but also containing "afumatura" or smoked meat. It goes well with "mamaliga" or polenta as it is usually known.
