Merluza is the Spanish name for the fish known as Hake in English. Merluza a la Sidra is a traditional dish (Hake in Cider) from the Asturias region of Spain. There doesn't seem to be a definitive recipe. Some include clams or other shellfish, others don't. Here's a recipe in English:
