Moatilliatta is a character from Deloused in the Comatorium, an album by prog rock band The Mars Volta. He is the Hex-Zero Rouge, lord of the house of Tremula Metacarpi, creation and alter ego of Cerpin Taxt, scribbler and creator of the strange world of the album.
