Stone
A stone cookware is the hardest scratch resistant, non stick surface pans made in Germany. They come in a stone like colour and are made from stone powder which makes it very hard. They are indeed used as a kitchen tool such as pots and frying pans.
You should use plastic coated tongs so that you do not scratch your non stick cookware. Any good cookware should last the distance regardless of what you do to it.
The coating on non-stick cookware is made from a liquid "paint" which contains PTFE (polytetrafluoroethlyene) fluoropolymer and sometimes other fluoropolymers. The final cookware coating is a dried, durable non-stick material which delivers the easy clean and non-stick performance that you expect from your cookware coated with Teflon® non-stick.
Using stone cookware does have benefits as opposed to other kinds of cookware. For instance you can cook breads without the possibility of burning or scorching.
Hard anodized cookware is produced for the purpose of stopping food from sticking while cooking. Anodizing is a chemical process that hardens the surface of the cookware to a point where the pan is no longer porous.
That all depends on your cookware. Most coated cookware requires the use of plastic utensils to ensure the coating isn't damaged. Most non-coated cookware can be used with metal utensils. Consult the packaging that came with your cookware for instructions or just simply be safe and use plastic.
