Maybe if you pounded it really thin with a tenderizer?
Same way you woul cook a boneless chicken breast only the cooking time is shortened because the bone actually causes the breast to cook faster because it generates heat
The same way you Cook any chicken breast.
That is all based on opinion, but the healthiest way is to grill a chicken breast. If you are talking about a whole chicken, then cooking it in the oven or a crock pot would do just fine.
Everything you cook on the grill needs to be on high heat so you sear it and keep in the juices. If it catches fire it is too hot. Marinade is good for chicken breasts because of the lack of fat/flavor. A clean, hot grill will cook chicken perfectly. Don't turn it too often and use a little oil prior to putting it on the grill. Oil can be mixed in with things like BBQ sauce to keep it from burning.
A simple recipe for chicken would be to marinate the chicken in a container filled with Coke overnight. Then you just put it on the grill until cooked all the way through.
The fastest way to thaw chicken is by using cold water. Place the chicken in a sealed plastic bag and submerge it in cold water, changing the water every 30 minutes until the chicken is thawed.
i would say a healthy way to cook chicken breast on a bone would be to put what ever seasonings you wish then just put it in the oven
Start cooking by placing the chicken diagonally on the grill. After two minutes on high heat, do not flip the chicken but move it so it faces the opposite diagonal. Cook for another two minutes; flip and repeat. You may want to spray the grill bars with oil before cooking the chicken to keep it from sticking so you'll end up with professional grill marks and juicy chicken. Cook times are for 8-10 oz boneless breasts. Larger chicken breasts may need to cook a few minutes longer. Cook the chicken until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F.Large chicken breast 8-10 oz. 15 minutes on high coal heat (no black coals, ashed red coals), flip, 15 minutes on the other side.Chicken breast should be cooked until the internal temperature is 165 F no matter what way the chicken is cooked.

That depends on the size of the chicken. I have seen them anywhere from 4oz to over 8oz.
It takes at least 15 min to fully cook chicken wings on a George Foreman type grill. I find it helps to weight the grill with something heavy ( I use a glass cake plate& cover) so the grill makes better contact with the wings for good browning.
The most easiest way would be to broil enough Chicken breast for 200 in Italian dressing. (you could also bake it). The chicken comes out very juicy and its fast and easy.
