A person does not 'develop' autism - a person is born autistic.
There are very few specific schools that are strictly for autism, however there are special education schools. I work with someone who sends their child to a special school that knows how to treat autism as well as other learning disorders. They have special training in how to teach kids with different abilities. Try looking into a school more like this and you should be able to find one.

It can if it effects the person enough. Someone with Aspergers should experience a normal lifespan (like anyone with autism) however if they have specific interests this can risk themselves to be in dangerous situations. Autism is not like a deformity which can certainly shortne lifespan but rather it is somethign someone lives with mentally for the rest of thier lives.
The best thing that you can do for your autistic child is to learn about autism from autistic people - completely and utterly ignore anything that organisations like Autism Speaks tells you about autism, they are known as a hate group by the autistic community and cause a lot of harm by spreading false information and negative messages about autism.
