I have a 4-quart SKY-LINE pressure cooker purchased in a mountaineering store in (probably) the early 1960. And yes, it still works very well. Unfortunately the rubber gasket that held the fusible plug has gone to the great kitchen in the sky. I have temporarily sealed the 5/8" hole with a rubber stopper, but that leaves only the pop-off valve to prevent over-pressurization.
Can any one help me?

http://shop.timms.biz/ They are out of the U.K. Send them an email and see if they have a manual. They do have spare parts for this as well
Yes, you can find instructions for using an old Tower Rapide pressure cooker by searching online for user manuals or guides specific to that model. Websites like eBay or vintage kitchenware forums may have downloadable PDFs or scanned copies of the manual. Additionally, you can check community forums or social media groups focused on vintage cooking appliances, where enthusiasts might share tips and instructions. If you have the model number, that can help narrow down your search.
Hi You can get at http://spares2go.co.uk/browse-13534-PRESSURE_COOKER_-RUSSELL_HOBBS/TOWER-Spares-m159-p11823.htm
The operating pressure of a 5.5-liter pressure cooker typically ranges between 10 to 15 psi (pounds per square inch). This pressure allows the cooker to cook food faster by raising the boiling point of water. It's important to follow the manufacturer's guidelines for specific pressure settings and safety measures.
The Tower slow cooker recipes for beef joints can be found online at locations such as Queen of Pots.
sdfsdfsdfClock Tower 3
yes
Its the height of the tower, not the size that determines pressure.
