Go to Home Depot or Lowes and pick up a packet of Buss GMA-5ABC5 Fuses. They come 5 to a pack and cost about six bucks a pack. This should do the trick. The number 5S5A125V is a reference and can be split up as follows: 5S 5A 125V The first number 5S refers to the series of fuse. The 5A means the fuse is a 5 Ampere fuse. The 125V means that it is used in a 125 Volt circuit. These fuses are 5Mm in diameter and 20 mm in length. The Buss GMA-5ABC5 is an acceptable substitute and will keep your 6800 series blender going strong. Keep the other fuses in the packet on hand as it seems that this is a common problem when the 6800 series is used frequently for such things as thick smoothies and crushing ice.
The type of fuse (and its rating) for an Oster blender vary from model to model.

For the 400 watt max power motor, the stock fuse on the Oster, two speed, 4094 is 8amp 250v (not sure if it's a slow of fast burn). After recently blowing my fuse, ran down to Radio Shack and got a replacement. Upgraded the connection by buying a fuse holder and soldered the connections. Works perfectly.
The Oster Model MG-C00 blender typically uses a 3-amp, 250-volt fuse. However, it's always best to consult the user manual or the manufacturer's specifications for the most accurate information. If you need to replace the fuse, ensure you use one that matches the same ratings to avoid any electrical issues.
