I have found that the healthiest pot to use for cooking is one that does not rust,alter color,or combines with your food to give it a metallic taste.In all the years of cooking I am very satis- fied using a heavy bottom double layer stainless steel pot. It is odorless, easy to clean and always new looking.Cooper pots cook faster, distribute heat more evenly but discolor in time.
