A class 6 felony is a classification of felony crimes in some jurisdictions, typically representing crimes that are less serious than higher classes of felonies. Punishments for class 6 felonies can include imprisonment, fines, probation, and other penalties. Each jurisdiction may have its own specific criteria for what constitutes a class 6 felony.
The principle that holds that the severity of sanctions should bear a direct relationship to the seriousness of the crime committed is known as proportionality. This principle aims to ensure that the punishment fits the crime and that individuals convicted of more serious offenses receive harsher punishments than those convicted of less serious offenses.
Dr. Shipman's physical appearance and demeanor lead one to believe he was a benevolent father-figure. Nothing could be farther from the truth. It is believed that Shipman killed for gain, which it correct. He was a con artist after monetary gain. But at some point Dr. Shipman begain to enjoy the killing for killing's sake itself. Most serial murder is about power, I think this is true of Shipman also. He enjoyed watching the life slip from his patients, enjoyed the powerful feelings it gave him. Yes Dr. Shipman killed for money initially, but found he enjoyed the feelings he derived from his murderous acts.
Maximum security prisons house inmates who have committed serious crimes and are considered dangerous, with high levels of supervision and security measures. Medium security prisons house less dangerous inmates with a moderate level of security. Minimum security prisons house non-violent offenders with a focus on rehabilitation and reintegration rather than strict security measures.

Cover the last 2 digits and add 1. So 2010, add 1 to 20 and it tells you that it is the 21st century. 1566, add 1 to 15 and it is the 16th century. If there are less than 2 digits then it will be the 1st century.

Yes, they usually have less severe punishments.
Imprisonment was rare before the nineteenth century because punishment was mostly physical, such as corporal punishment or execution. Imprisonment was costly and seen as less effective for deterrence or reformation compared to harsher physical punishments. Additionally, prisons as we know them today were not widespread until the modern penal system was established in the 19th century.

Because people who live in 20th Century have a successful lives. They hard working people, very well polite and well respect manners, and they like to help each other too. Not only that, 20th Century was also one and only classic Century of all time. Especially when it comes to the era of 1960s, 1970s, 1980s and 1990s. Because their entertainment, fashion, movies, music, and their sports was an absolutely stylish, stunning and terrific. Best to describe the word was very unique. But for me, the best era of 20th Century was between 1980s and 1990s. These two era's were very successful, and I enjoy to see some of the movies and the music too that time, its great. Its very awesome and amaze me. I'll never forget these two era's. It very unfortunate of me, because I'm born in early 1990s. So... I cannot experience how its like in real life in 20th Century. Aw... man... But anyway, let's talk about 21st Century. Compare to 21st Century is like no more classic. Its something like okay okay Century for me. You know what I mean? Something like normal like that. Everything is lesser. No more stylish, no more good music, less melody and no nothing. But not everything is not good, only 30% that's good for me in this 21st Century. And that is music and sports. That's all I like in this 21st Century. Not more than that. So... there, you have an answer.

Wealthy people liked to have elaborate and sometimes bizarre clothing, that less wealthy people would not be able to afford. This is still true in the 21st century, although puffed trunks are no longer in fashion.
