None. Both provinces share the same language. However, Oriental Mindoro, particularly the northern municipalities share the tone (sound or manner of speaking) with the nearby Batangas province. In Occ. Mindoro, the northern towns speaks the same language but have some words not commonly used in the entire province. Their tone is somewhat endemic to them. The southern town share the same language too but the tone and some words were influenced by the Visayan dialect. Batangas and Cavite provinces have influenced our sound (the way we speak) because, aside from our indigenous Mangyans, many Mindorenos came from those provinces. Early in our history, people from Cavite and Batangas were given incentives (others may call it conscripted) to populate the island provinces which was then heavily infested by malaria.

Our indigenous Mangyans are composed of several tribes (like the Buhid, Iraya, Hanunuo, and 4 others, I believe) and they speak different dialects.
