she gave birth right before the Lewis and clark expedition
the Princeton is sa caga wea
When she was about 12 or 13,the shoshones were attacked by the Itadatsa Indians and Sacajawea was captured and was sold to a French-Canadian trapper who made her one of his wives.
Five facts about Sacagawea are:

She found out that it was her brother who was the leader of the Shoshone tribe, and because of that she was able to buy horses to get across (I'm not sure of the name but she was able to get them across a river, I'm sure you could look it up :) )

She was a symbol of peace, and no one got suspicious about her and a baby with a group of men, but they would get suspicious on just a group of men.

Clark was very found of her son, Jean.

She was a key figure in the westward expansion.

She had two children, and (historians think) that she died in Fort, (I do not like history, I'm just trying to get these things from my head!!)

And I hope this helped in some way, because I really thought hard!! I suck, any who, I tried!! I hoped this helped in a way, I am in the 3rd grade so I tried. Thanks!
Sacajawea was born in the year 1788 and died on December 20, 1812. In her short 24 years of life, onf of her main accomplishments in life was to accompany the Lewis and Clark expedition in the western US. Clark nicknamed her Janey.
