Most people, when they see the word, however, think of the aboriginal tribes of Australia. Australian aborigines have dark skin, similar to most Africans, but a small number have blond hair, similar to Caucasians.

If it is already blond or really light brown then no. Any darker then you have to bleach your hair.
I guess dyeing it blond won't make it really blond it might make it dirty blond. Just remember that everything will be darker then it looks
