Serious answer: Canadians strongly dislike the word "Eskimo" and instead use their own name for themselves, Inuit. Americans don't mind the word as much, but the official term tends to be "Alaskan Native". The word "Eskimo" may or may not have come from a Cree word meaning "eaters of raw meat", and it may or may not have been intended as an insult. Just say Inuit and everyone will be happy.
