Well, mainly they look like a type of mutilated dog person that not only has been roaming the boundary-less prairie-like habitats with only one pair of clothes feeding on baby rabbits and small children (some larger ones may even eat lonely bicyclists) not to mention that they can't brush their teeth or bathe properly. Expect a resemblence to your great-grandma except with a beard, a foul smell, yellow teeth, and walking on all fours.
