Differences in others refer to the unique characteristics, backgrounds, beliefs, and perspectives that individuals possess. These can include variations in culture, ethnicity, gender, age, socioeconomic status, and personal experiences. Recognizing and valuing these differences fosters understanding, empathy, and collaboration, enriching our interactions and communities. Embracing diversity ultimately enhances problem-solving and creativity by bringing multiple viewpoints to the table.

Principal differences are the most important differences
Not set apart from others by visible marks; to make distinctive or discernible by exhibiting differences; to mark off by some characteristic.
In analysis of variance (ANOVA), the magnitude of the mean differences between treatments contributes to the calculation of the F-statistic, which assesses whether these differences are statistically significant. Larger mean differences typically indicate a greater likelihood that the treatments have different effects, leading to a higher F-value. This, in turn, helps determine if the null hypothesis of equal means can be rejected, suggesting that at least one treatment differs from the others.
Cliques are mean to others, because they are different and think their differences contribute most to the school. They all think they are superior against other cliques and so are mean to show to them that "yes we are mean, but we are still superior so we get to do whatever we want." Also, people tend to think differences are "weird," so when cliques are different, they dislike each other and are mean.
Some are monotheistic, while others are polytheistic.

That depends on the species. In some there are no visible differences, in others the males and females may look like different species and in still others the differences could be in a colour or fin shape.
The difference between religions are many; some believe in many Gods, others one God, some believe objects have souls, some believe in Heaven, others in reincarnation. There are too many differences to list. Even between deceptively similar religions like Judaism, Christianity and Islam, there are major differences. If you mean 'opposite', then Atheism is effectively the opposite of religion.
