Who were Vespasian's enemies?

Ancient historian Seutonius claimed that there were constant conspiracies against Vespasian, by only one is known of. The conspirators were Epirius Marcellus and Aulus Caecina Alienus. The reasons of the conspiracy are not known. Aulus Caecina had supported Vitellius (see below) with a legion because he had been prosecuted for embezzlement. He betrayed Vitelius and tried to persuade his legion to support Vespasian, but was put in chains by the soldiers. He was then released and was not loyal to any one. Epirius Marcellus was a senator known for ingratiating himself with emperors and had become one of Vespasian's closest advisers. Vespasian came to power in the 'year of the four emperors' (69 AD). In this year, four emperors seized power. Servius Suplicius Galba was recognised as emperor when the imperial guard was encouraged to support him and the senate was able to declare Nero an enemy of the state. Nero fled and committed suicide. Galba quickly became unpopular and was deposed by Marcus Salvio Otho who bribed the imperial guard. Otho was deposed by Aulus Vitelius with his legions of Germania. Vitelius quickly bought he treasury close to bankruptcy and creditors demanded payment. He killed creditors and political opponents. Vespasian was proclaimed emperor by the legions of Syria, Judaea, Moesia and Rhaetia. His troops marched on Rome and deposed Vitellius.
