Brazil's population is very ethnically mixed - that is, the majority of the population is of a mixed background that includes, but is not limited to: native Brazilian, African, Portuguese, and Arab (especially Lebanese). The highest concentration of Japanese ethnicity tends to be around the state of Sao Paulo (Brazil is the place outside of Japan with the highest Japanese population). There's also a concentration of German descendants on the south of Brazil.
