can a copy of a will be obtained before death
Ask the testator. If they don't wish to share it, they do not have to do so.
No. Not unless it is provided by the testator.
The person who writes the will can give copies to whomever he/she pleases prior to death; however only the official copy of the will has any legal validity.
yes!!
No. Until a testator dies their will is private and no one is entitled to access to it.
i have a copy of this if still interested
The anagram is copy.
There may be no requirement to share the will with anyone.
After the individual is deceased, but not before. If the will has been filed with the county court, a copy can be obtained through the Freedom of Information Act, but few people do that for that reason. Once the estate is opened, the beneficiaries and those with an interest (natural heirs) would be entitled to a copy.
After death is a beneficary entitled to see a copy of a testamentary trust?
Not that I'm aware of. However a video "Open Boat To Adventure" was produced, a copy of which I obtained from Mike Leyland a couple of years before his death. The production is a bit amateurish by modern standards, but the message is in the feat. Long live the spirit of these guys and those like them.
I Demand Death is a declamation piece. There is a full copy by Jocelle Suarez that is available for viewing on YouTube.
