you can have as many abortions you feel you need.but that'll come with health complications and a high risk of never conceiving a child,three should be enough but its dangerous to do so right after the oher (example-)having an abortion procedure done, then having sex right after your 2-4 week waiting period to heal, you can get pregnant if your Ob-Gyn discovers you've healed the right way, but having an abortion done again can cause harm to yourself physically and possibly emotionally.
