These don't have an office since they are privately owned. Some cemeteries are on church property so contacting the church would guide you to their office (most likely in the church). Larger cemeteries have their offices on property. Cemeteries that are randomly out in the middle of nowhere are usually connected to the city or a mortuary located elsewhere closer to the city.
