Well, sort of. At the end of episode 9, 'Cold Blood', Restac shoots Rory with her heat ray, and he gets absorbed by the crack, so Amy couldn't remember him. In episode 12, 'The Pandorica Opens', Rory is an Auton, and then Amy starts to remember him. At the end of the 13th episode, 'The Big Bang' we see him alive and well at his and Amy's wedding before hurrying off on their honeymoon with the Doctor.
