There is no Cleopatra II. There was only one Cleopatra, at least in this category. However there was a Cleopatra II who was the wife of two Ptolemies, Ptolemy VI and Ptolemy VIII. For a time she ruled Egypt alone, then joint ruled with Ptolemy VIII and Cleopatra III. She died in 116 BC.

Not all of Cleopatra VII's children died. She had four known children: Caesarion, Alexander Helios, Cleopatra Selene II, and Ptolemy Philadelphus. While Caesarion was killed shortly after Cleopatra's death, Alexander and Cleopatra Selene survived and were taken to Rome, where Cleopatra Selene later married King Juba II of Mauretania. Ptolemy Philadelphus's fate remains uncertain, but he is believed to have lived into adulthood.
