If you mean Conchita Supervia, the Mezzo-Soprano, she died in l936 (not "35 as is sometimes recorded, we all make errors) in London, England. She died in Childbirth with her infant daughter. Grave monument was designed by the noted British Architect Lutyens ( who has a Dutch Name) Sir ( as he was) Lutyens is better known for designing various war monuments and the so-called Windsor Penthouse- derisively known as Queen Mary"s Dolls" House to get the Grammar right. The structure was a model for a proposed building, the Windsor Penthouse, and is now, fittingly a museum piece in London. It was never intended to be a plaything, anymore than are builder"s models of Bridges, Buildings, etc which are pre-production test sites, so to speak. I have never seen a picture of the Supervia grave, but it should be up to the usual Standards of Sir Lutyens.
