Its not just how much, modern commercial rat poison is an anticoagulant. To die from rat poison you would not only have to take a "lethal dose" but then you would have to be injured physically so that you started to bleed. Without such an injury, your liver will eventually metabolize all the rat poison to harmless chemicals that would be excreted in urine and sweat.
Your dog is pretty much dead.
yes.
If they begin to feel pain and realize they have been poisoned, they may try to drink water and regurgitate in order to rinse out their stomach. Sadly, most rat poison is painful and effective and this does not help much. Rat poison does not need water to be activated, nor does access to water increase a rat's chances of survival if it has eaten much of it.
Yes you can.
Yes.
Rat poison makes blood stop clotting and stop working.
Modern rat poison is an anticoagulant, not arsenic. This is much safer!
Alligators aren't immune to snake poison, Rat poison is questionable. I imagine it'd have to be a hefty dose to take out an adult alligator though.
The most common rat poison is warfarin. It can kill a man if enough of it was eaten. Warfarin is strychnine, and as such, deadly.
unlikely, most rat poison is an anticoagulant causing cuts to bleed freely. but get to emergency room anyway.
You are an idiot that needs to be in prison. Why don't YOU take the rat poison yourself
You would DIE!!
