If you don't love or hate yourself and enjoy life and your psychologist agrees that you are not depressed chances are you're not depressed. As far as what is wrong with you, it's hard to say. You may just be going through a phase. You should continue seeing your psychologist to ensure that these feelings don't get worse.
It's most likely anxiety! I deal with it and i find myself not being able to let go of the past and having it play over and over in my head. I begin to question myself and then end up almost convincing myself of things that i know is not true. I would get checked for anxiety.
I read a lot, take courses, have trained myself in how to research things, listen to others with experience and try things out for myself.
