Bray does not die. In the episode where Amber & Bray go to the barn. Amber is giving birth to their baby. Bray goes out searching for help when the Techno's capture him. He is sent to a "work camp". In the last season in the Techno Archive's it says that Bray is deleted. 'Fish' tells Lex that "Deleted" doesn't necesserily mean killed. KC also tells Amber that he was with Bray in one of the "work camps" and that he is not dead.
