Mortician is the one who directs the whole thing and sets up times, cars, casket, flower, etc. Embalmer is the one who takes the body and drains all fluids and replaces them with embalming fluids. Also he/she will dress up and "fix" the body. The Mortician is the one who leads the procession also to the grave sight.
