Depends. People "die" all the time and are brought back. It depends on your definition of death. Once a person is dead, that body is dead. Some people believe in an after life so that person may be considered to be alive after the body is dead. Some believe in reincarnation so again, the person might be considered to be alive in another body.

Being resuscitated after being clinically dead is rare, being resurrected is even rarer.
