If this is confirmed by a doctor or 3, there are lots of things that might help depending on what you want or need. Everyone is different in what they find comfort in. Myself, 25 years ago I knew I was going to die, long story, and I made my peace with it. Didn't happen, but ever since I simply don't worry about it. We are all going to die at some point and most people don't want to deal with that. Not knowing anything about you or your life, I will bet there are some things in it that give you some pleasure or comfort. You have to figure out what works for you. Talking to friends or relatives and being honest about what you are feeling may help if they can deal with it and want to.
What gets me through a lot of days is a short version of the Serenity Prayer from AA. If you can do something about a problem or situation then do it. If you can't, don't worry about it. That covers just about everything. Live your life the best way you can, do what you want or are able to do, and don't worry too much about the future. It's going to get here and worrying about it doesn't help or change it. Don't give up, look each day square in the eye and give it your best. That's all any of us can do. Very few of us know exactly when it's going to end, 5 minutes, 5 month, years or decades. No point in wasting any of it on something we can't change.

Any ages can be cheerleaders from 3-100 there are a lot of different cheer leading teams, some are open, some are school teams. Cheer leading isn't just a "give me a A" and all that stuff. Cheer leading is so much more. It is so fun you cheer, you dance, you stunt and tumble when you are on great cheerleading teams.
