People experience denial, anger, bargaining, depression, then acceptance before dying. Death is change. Anyone making any kind of change will go through these stages. The time it takes is subjective. The more aware we become, the better we will be able to handle this process. Death can be a beautiful experience or a horrible one depending on our intention. The earlier we can learn to embrace change, the better prepared we will be for an eventual wihdrawal from the physical. At the last moment you can call out to someone you know who has preceded you and they will be there to aid you in the beginning of the assimilation process, the process of assessing the progress of this lifetime in addition to all the rest of them in preparation for the next time around. Most of us have a long way to go. The good news is that the learnig potential is speeding up so anyone at this present time can speed up their own evolution through study and practice.
