St Peter was not the last Apostle to die. He was crucified about 64AD under Nero in Rome.
St John the Evangelist is however, believed to be the last Apostle to die. Some of his letters and The Revelation are dated about 90AD.

There are a number of saints named Bartholomew. You need to be more specific. However, if you are referring to Saint Bartholomew the Apostle, he was flayed alive at Albanopolis, Armenia.

Simon the Apostle was martyred but we do not know how. Some say he was crucified, others say he was sawn in half.
