During death, they retract to their proper sacs. Everything with the groin (Penis and Testicles), are the same.

However, during an autopsy, the testicles are removed, and the penis (Depending on length), is sewn to one of the legs. This is a process done because during your funeral (Provided you are open casket), your penis can sometimes at complete random become erect. This happens if the penis is not secured properly.

If you look online, there are cases of males becoming erect in their casket, and sometimes its noticeable. As i just said above, this is only done depending on length of the penis. If you are around 1-4 Inches, they usually wont bother. If you are over that, they do it because if this happens, it will most def be visible.

How do you know if your testicles have died or have stopped working?

Testicles do not normally die or stop working unless by invasive illness or trauma. Testicles produce hormones all your life, they can however, reduce their capacity to produce hormones at around 45 years old or because of some disorders. If this happens, it can be noticed by loss of energy, drying of the skin, thinning of body hair, reduced capacity to produce semen and reduced capacity for erection.

What happens to mens testicles in a hot day?

nothing happens to the testicles themselves. however, if they are overheated for a prolonged period of time it can kill the sperm in them. but a hot day does affect your scrotum (your sack)..it makes it go all soft. this is so your balls are further away from your body so that they can get cooler.
