Deepelling is the Canadian version of Australian Abseiling. It is also commonly referred to as Rappellingor Rap Jumping. It is defined as the process of descending a fixed rope in a standing position while facing the ground, in contrast to traditional rappelling where the climber is facing the cliff. It is face-forward rappelling.
