A gunshot to the head would likely result in immediate and severe trauma, which could lead to unconsciousness or death within seconds. While the initial impact might cause a fleeting moment of pain, many factors, including the speed of the event and the nature of the injury, suggest that any pain experienced would be brief. However, individual experiences can vary significantly, and the psychological and physiological responses to such trauma are complex. Overall, it is difficult to definitively state whether it would be painless due to the variability in circumstances.
Gunshot wound to the head. On a medical chart this would be documented as... pt c/o GSW to head (patient complains of gunshot wound to the head). There would be other terminology to describe it. Where it entered or exited and what other trauma is present...but yeah...just...gunshot wound to the head.
A Gunshot to the Head of Trepidation was created in 2005.
Gunshot to the head.
its only painless if the bullet goes directly to the brain. if not, it hurts like hell.
very low but possible cause I've seen someone that survived a gunshot to the face.

Yes It is possible, but extremely rare, to survive a gunshot wound to the head.
nothing your probably dead. nothing your probably dead.

No
yes. very likey. :)
Decapitation and straight-to-the-heart death - because they cause death instantaneously and don't give time for the realisation of pain to occur - or a death during unconciousness - you aren't awake to feel it - would be the most painless ways to go. There are various ways to do so, including many of the classical execution methods (hanging if done right and the guillotine) and some of the more recently developed ones (gunshot to the head, overdosing on sleep medication). Drowning is also quite painless, but the sheer induced terror and mental anguish would probably count as "extremely painful".
