This a question in 2e of the Personal Fitness Merit Badge, a required merit badge for eagle, and while the booklet I have (2003) doesn't specifically number them, they discuss a number of areas. 1. Ability to be a good listener 2. Ability to be a good talker/communicator 3. Ability to be a good friend 4. Ability to accept others for who they are 5. Ability to deal with peer pressure 6. Knowing and understanding yourself emotionally 7. ability to share your feelings/emotions appropriately 8. Be mentally fit - confident, happy, etc
The only thing that will help your fitness is regular exercise and healthy, balanced meals. These shoes may improve your performance of course, but this depends what your comparing these shoes to and what type of foot you have to insure maximum performance.
