Not really because they contain too much fat (and usually of the chitty transfat variety) and salt, and usually artificial ingredients such as colourings and flavourings. So you really couldn't consider them as healthy food.

On the other hand, almost any food is "healthy" (good for you) under the proper circumstances. I've heard that some firejumpers make a ritual out of fixing themselves a dinner of fried spam with jam. In that special context, considering that they carry out very hard, physical labour, and that they don't have access to fresh produce and very limited means of cooking, that food is relatively healthy for them. They wouldn't really thrive on muesli and joghurt.
