how many calories and fat are in flatbread?
want to know how many calories in salads from zaxby
The calories in salads can vary. It could be as low as 8 calories or 1000 calories and more. Salads can be very fattening once you start to add things like dressing, bacon bits, cheese and croutons). For more information, see the page link, further down this page, listed under Related Questions.
Salads are filling, nutritious and low in fat and calories.
Any of the salads that don't include dairy or meat products, and exclude the dressing. With this, you're ultra low on calories, but it isn't very tasty.
Technically it can be healthier, like the salads, they are healthy but its the dressing that you put on, and they dont tell you but on the packets its 2 servings of salads for that one packet & then after you dump the whole packet on the salads your up to at least 2,400 calories, and the normal calorie intake PER DAY is about 2,000
Probably not, a serving of lettuce only has 15 or so calories in it, (dressing has significantly more....so watch that if you're worried about extra calories), but I think that eating only lettuce would be pretty unhealthy :/ It has so few calories because it's mostly water and air, and doesn't really have any nutritional value. I'm vegetarian so I eat lots of salads and stuff. If you keep your salads full of other veggies and a few fruits here and there (try apples in it!) you should be alright. Remember not to have too few of calories in a day, be safe!

The body takes time to get used to eatinng less food or more healthy food. So what you want to do is start trying to eat stuff like salads, fruits and other vegtables. Green tea is also a great way to lose calories and it barely has any in it.
