No.
Horse manure is a good fertilizer, however, their are other animal manure that is better, such as cow manure. Horse manure works fine too though.but the best to use is elephant manure.
Like manure or horse and cow dung.
Manure is what the body excretes out of the anus, and is otherwise known as poop. Horse or cow manure is used as a fertilizer for plants.
Horse manure is solid because horses have a more efficient digestive system compared to cows, resulting in less undigested material and a drier excrement. Cow manure, on the other hand, is wetter due to their unique digestive system which produces more liquid waste.
Any time really, you just have to wait a while. Horse manure is not like cow manure. You can't use it for soil right away.
Too much green grass?
Yes, it can kill you but it is not likely. If eaten it can make you extremely sick.

I don't know the answer to your question, but this person is crazy. Manure is animal poo of any kind (horse, cow, chicken, whatever), and I think any type of manure is at least somewhat good for plants.
yes because cow munare is germs and it can enter the body and make an infection it really depends if the cow has a virus or any thing that would make it sick
Cow manure is a fertilizer. The bacteria in the cow manure are the decomposers.
Horse manure needs to be composted for about one year before it is safe to place around plants. You compost manure in mush the same way you would anything else. Once it reaches the consistency of dirt then it's safe to use. Most people seem to have their own 'recipes' for composts.
