No! There is no reason to take diet pills period. They're bad for you, and, if your not willing to put in the work any losses you might see will only be temporary. Do something to get motivated, spend a little time in the gym, be mindful of your calorie intake and it will all come together. If diet pills really worked America wouldn't Gabe the obesity problems it has now.
