Your daily calorie intake depends upon your age, height, your activity levels and how much amount of weight you want to cut down.

An ordinary person consumes 80-100 grams of fats from daily calorie intake, but the person who is in diet has to consume mostly 60 grams of fats (I gram fat=9 calories).

To know our daily protein intake levels we can multiply our weight by 0.37 (if weight in pounds), else multiply with 0.8 (if weight in kilograms). The result will be our daily protein needs in grams and the remaining we can consume carbs.

Consume more veggies and fruits like apple, pineapple, papaya, orange, carrot, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, cucumber.

Drink plenty of water, it should be minimum 8 glasses per a day.
