Subconsciously your body knows how much calories are in that glass of water you drink (none) and so it does not adjust your hunger feelings after drinking a glass of water. Just drinking a glass of water will not magically make you lose weight, you will just pee a glass more. You need to change your behavior wrt your diet and exercise if you really want to lose weight, and that is hard. The easy way out is just to stop worrying and be happy enough with your own body.
