you dont need to loose weight that way, you do probally need to go on a diet but not like that kind of diet My advice to you is to just take healty opertunities; hold back on bad ones and pick up running. running is a very rewordfull sport. you can loose weight while feeling good about your self for acomplishing something, not like following a food plan that tastes weird. I just exercise everyday ((running)and if you pick up running be a stud dont give up, follow a plan feircly and feel the aclomplishments) and take healthy oportunitys( and just if you exercise dosent mean you can go around eating a snickers bar, have pride in beaing healthy, and do whats wright for you!!! and just think about it if you run then you can eat all the pasta you want.
