Leave one of every fattening item except for your cheese (take all of it out). Now believe me I love cheese so I get fat free cheese sticks that way I don't have to much, and if you like bread get whole wheat. * When your at work or going out for a jog don't fill a bottle with juice, fill it up with water (if you want some kind of taste in your water use lemon or limes). * Work outs!!! Well, everyone knows that if you start a diet, you have to finish it. So, the last part of this is... go for a walk at least 25 minutes long. If you don't want to walk far, walk up and down the street 20 times.

When walking, stick your arms out and clench your hands like your about to punch someone, then make small tight circles (it will tone your arms) and for your legs, kick them up and down (yes, you will look stupid, but it's great for you)! To lose 20 pounds in one week is bad. The amount of pounds you are suppose to lose is 2 to 3 pounds to be on the safe side, higher than that number is dangerous.
