I tried it and it worked. I used a mortal & ground it down to a fine powder then sniffed it up into my nose via straw. I know I have heard some meds. being taken through the nose to go straight into the bloodstream. I felt fine afterwards & it didn't seems to burn at all. I used 1000 mcg. I know B12 is hard to absorb via the stomach no matter what they say. Thats why Dr.s give it via injection.
If you snort vitamins they will be directly released into the blood stream via the nasal passage. This is NOT a good way to take vitamins as the nutrients and components in the vitamins are better absorbed in the stomach's acids. DO NOT SNORT VITAMINS
