Only if you put one in each pocket. Even tho they have sugars , they also have a lot of good nutients and anti-oxidants. Eating actual Pomegranates is a chore, if you don't want to swallow the 9 million little seeds in each one.Bottled is OK, and if you have a juicer, cut them up skin and all for the most health benefits, and they are yummy.
